Are your prints good as gifts?
Yes! Our prints make thoughtful gifts for nurseries, children’s rooms, and special occasions.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are carefully prepared and made to order, and are typically processed and delivered within 5–10 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation update so you know your order is on the way.
Delivery times may vary depending on the postal service used and during busy periods.
As some items require additional production time, certain orders may take up to 18 days to be completed and delivered. This may apply to items such as:
• A2 prints
• Customised prints
• Soft canvas prints
• Large or bulk customised orders
We always aim to complete and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, while ensuring every item meets our quality standards.
If you require your order urgently, please contact us via email before placing your order and we will see what arrangements can be made. Rush processing may be available at an additional cost.
Do you offer personalised prints?
Yes! Some of our products allow you to add names, dates, or upload photos to create a personalised print. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

Can I upload my own photo for a print?
Yes. Some products allow you to upload your own image.
Please make sure your image is clear and high quality, as low resolution images may affect the final print quality.
By uploading an image you confirm you have permission to use the image.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns for non-customised items within 14 days of delivery.
Customised or personalised prints are generally non-returnable, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

My item arrive damaged what should I do?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Will the colours look exactly the same as on my screen?
Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes. We always aim to ensure our product images represent the prints as accurately as possible.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes! We are happy to discuss custom print requests where possible. Please contact us with your idea and we will let you know if we can create something for you.
Are your educational cards suitable for schools or therapy settings?
Our visual resources are designed to support routines and learning environments at home, in schools, or in supportive settings.
Can I copy or reproduce your designs?
No. All artwork, illustrations, and resources created by The Humble Print Co are protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold.
